Refund policy
I make every effort to ensure that the products that I sell are represented as accurately as possible both visually and through written descriptions of features and specifications. In order to reduce the likelihood of needing to return an item please contact me with any questions you might have prior to placing an order - I am always happy to answer questions or provide additional information to assist you in making a purchase decision.
Returns procedure
Products that have not been made to a customer's specifications can be returned in their original unused and resaleable condition in original packaging within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the order. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you will need to contact me within 14 calendar days of receipt with notice of your intention to return an item.
Unless the product can be proved to have been faulty upon receipt, the buyer will be financially responsible for the safe return of the order using an appropriate insured postage service.
If you wish to return an order please email me with details of your order including your order number along with the reason for return - I will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions for the return.
Refunds exclude original shipping/postage costs and will be issued to the same method used for the original payment within 5 business days of safe receipt of the return.
Bespoke, custom or personalised products
In compliance with UK trading law, unless the product can be proved to be faulty, I cannot accept returns of, or issue refunds on, any item that has been made to a customer's specifications or which has been modified or personalised at the request of the customer. Bespoke items include those that have been made-to-order to a specific size (e.g. belts) and goods that have been laser engraved, monogrammed or personalised in any other way.
